Your body releases oxytocin also known as the love hormone during sex and this hormone don't just reduce stress but also keep blood level at healthy level.

2. It reduces pain:

This is as a result of the release of different hormones like estrogen, progesterone and prolactin. Sex also relaxes the muscles and increases the blood flow into the pelvic area.

3. It helps you sleep better:

Back pain, frequent urination and difficulty in getting a good sleeping position are some of the complains pregnant women make about the quality of their sleep and we know it is very important for the health of the baby that the mother gets enough sleep when she's pregnant. That awesome relaxing feeling she gets after an orgasm would help her to sleep sound at night.

Just as a bonus, pregnant sex doesn't just help the mother but also increases the bond between partners that would help in maintaining a happy and healthy relationship between them.
